I have had spiritual beliefs since my teens but only ever connected with them during times of trouble and grief when I would meditate or seek comfort from my Spirit Guide. Because I had never been able to make the valuable connection between Spirituality and Sexuality it never embraced my whole life and was never continuous. Six months ago through a good friend I discovered the book The Green Man and from there my interest has blossomed. Reading Paganism, Shamanism, Tantra etc. I now relies that to embrace my sexuality is crucial to my spirituality and I am discovering my own path that excites me and makes me feel whole.
